After chopping your ingredients, turn the handle in the opposite direction to mix with milk, yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, or fruit juice as you wish.
Cleaning Recommendations:
All parts except the blade can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher. We do not recommend washing the stainless steel blade in the dishwasher.
