Easy Usage 1- Attach the blade you will use 2 - After placing the blade, push the "Lock" lever to the right to secure the blade entry. 3 - To use the vertical blades (2 different widths), gently pull the button outward and turn until the necessary cutting edge is attached. 4 - Turn the button on the opposite side to adjust the desired blade thickness from 3-7 mm. 5 - Be sure to open the support legs to safely use the Vario Mandoline Slicer. 6 - Open the protective cover for blade cleaning.
Cleaning Recommendations All parts are dishwasher safe on the top rack. We do not recommend washing the stainless steel blade in the dishwasher.
