Prepare your dough as desired, ensuring it is neither too dry nor too soft.
Place your machine on a flat and sturdy surface that can bear its weight. Pass the clamp through the hole and tighten the screw until the machine is securely fastened to the surface.
To thin the dough sheet, turn the adjustment knob clockwise, reducing the distance between the rollers. Then pass the sheet through the rollers repeatedly until you reach the desired thinness. During this process, dust the dough sheet with flour for a better result. Let the thinned dough sheet dry for a few minutes. Insufficiently dried sheets may cause the dough not to separate during cutting.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Never wash the machine or any of its parts in the dishwasher or under pressurized water and detergent.
Clean the machine with a completely dry cloth or a soft brush. After securing your machine to a suitable surface, pass a piece of dough through the rollers to clean any remaining dust, and the cleaning process will be complete.
Naturally, the dough used for this final cleaning should be discarded.
WARNING
The body or any part of the machine should never be washed in dishwater and also should not be cleaned under running water or with detergent.
Ensure each part is dry after use.
Never attempt to clean dough residues with sharp tools (forks, knives, etc.).
