• Thanks to the wide oil drainage hole, waste oil generated during cooking easily flows into the 1.5-liter oil reservoir. The oil reservoir can be easily removed from the front of the device.
• The stainless steel protective sheet minimizes oil splashes to the back and sides. This enhances safety and provides convenient use.
• The stainless steel protective sheet is easily removable and suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
• Brass burners made of stainless steel are located beneath the cooking surface. The cooking surface temperature, controlled by a thermostatic gas valve, can be adjusted between 100-300 degrees. This ensures optimal gas consumption and desired surface temperature distribution.
• A piezo ignition system is available to enhance safety.
• Gas taps with safety devices and thermocouples for flame control are used to enhance safety.
