Öztiryakiler Gas Grill Plate, Flat, Hard Chrome Coated, 80x90x30 cm, OGG 8090

• All grills are designed to create maximum product cooking capacity, excellent cooking performance, and homogeneous cooking surface temperature.
• Grills have a standard 15 mm thick satin-finished hard chrome surface.
• Hard chrome-coated surfaces provide maximum hygiene along with easy cleaning.
• Thanks to the wide oil drainage hole, waste oil produced during cooking flows easily into the 1.5-liter capacity oil reservoir. The oil reservoir can be easily removed from the front of the device.
• The stainless steel guard reduces oil splashing to the back and sides to the lowest level. This enhances safety and allows for comfortable use.
• The stainless steel guard is easily removable and suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
• There are stainless steel burners under the cooking surface. The cooking surface temperature controlled by a thermostatic gas valve can be adjusted between 100-300 degrees. This ensures optimum gas consumption and desired temperature distribution on the surface.
• A piezo ignition system is available to enhance safety.
• Safety assembly gas taps and thermocouples for flame monitoring are used to enhance safety.
• The pilot flame system in the burners provides quick and easy operation of the devices.
• Flat, grooved, or flat and grooved combined cooking surfaces provide various cooking options.
• Polished hard chrome-coated cooking surfaces that emit lower heat to the environment and have high scratch resistance can be optionally chosen in all grill models.
• In dual models, the cooking surface temperature is controlled by 2 separate thermostatic gas valves. Thus, two different cooking surface temperatures are provided.
