Öztiryakiler Gas Grill Plate, Ribbed, 80x90x30 cm, OGG 8090 N

• All grills are designed to create maximum product cooking capacity, excellent cooking performance, and homogeneous cooking surface temperature.
• Grills have a standard 15 mm thick satin-finished steel cooking surface.
• Thanks to the wide oil drainage hole, waste oil formed during cooking easily flows into the 1.5-liter oil chamber. The oil chamber can be easily taken from the front of the device.
• Made of stainless steel, the protective sheet minimizes oil splashing to the back and sides. This enhances safety and provides ease of use.
• The stainless steel protective sheet is easily removable and dishwasher safe.
• There are burners made of stainless steel under the cooking surface. The cooking surface temperature, controlled by a thermostatic gas valve, can be adjusted between 100-300 degrees. This ensures optimal gas consumption and desired temperature distribution on the surface.
• A piezo ignition system is available to enhance safety.
• Safety-equipped gas taps and thermocouples for flame supervision are used to enhance safety.
• The pilot flame system in the burners allows for quick and easy use of the devices.
• Flat, ribbed, or combined flat and ribbed cooking surfaces provide many different cooking options.
• Polished hard chrome-plated cooking surfaces, which emit less heat to the environment and are highly resistant to scratching, can be optionally selected in all grill models.
• In dual models, the cooking surface temperature is controlled by 2 separate thermostatic gas valves. Thus, cooking surface temperatures at two different temperatures are achieved.
