The lowest temperature tolerance achieved so far. Different coffees require different grinding temperatures. With Mythos Clima Pro, baristas can set grinding temperatures between 30 and 60°C to obtain the best characteristics of each coffee type. For us, better control leads to better results.

Cleaning and maintenance operations are now simpler and more accessible. We reduced the number of screws to access the heart of the machine and improved direct visibility to the key functioning parts of Mythos.
Easy and precise micrometric adjustment allows baristas to manage each grinding process more accurately. Baristas can read the burr distance directly from the screen to better understand the grinding setting variable.
Double cooling system: Installing two fans instead of one and mounting both at the back first. This ensures ideal airflow inside the grinding chamber. Counter space is a premium for cafes. If you need to use multiple grinders simultaneously for different needs, now each grinder can be set side by side. Excellence at your service.
