Thanks to the thermal system of Casadio Undici A, it provides a mechanical pre-infusion with low pressure for 2 seconds before the group receives pressurized water. This system eliminates undesirable situations such as coffee burning and flavor change. The E 61 group technology also has a dual water circulation system (heat exchanger). This helps you brew espresso with fresh water every time.

• Casadio Undici A has 4 buttons for dosage adjustment selection on each group, thanks to its volumetric pump with volume adjustment, and also a start/stop button for manual brewing. This button also serves as a button for group cleaning and pre-heating.
