Hang the washable cloth-covered filter inside the brewing compartment. Pull the chain downwards and attach it to the end of the tube.
Fill hot water to the level of the 5-mark in the lower chamber to brew 5 cups of coffee. For each cup, use the scale provided in the box to place one measure of coffee in the upper chamber.
Place the brewing compartment on top of the lower chamber and place it under the siphon after lighting the heater.
As the water boils, it will pass into the upper section of the siphon. (A small amount of water will remain in the lower chamber.) After the water in the lower chamber rises to the upper chamber, gently stir with the wooden stirrer included in the box.
Wait for 60 seconds, then remove from the heat source. The brewed coffee will descend into the lower chamber, filtered from the coffee grounds.
Slowly separate the brewing compartment from the bottom of the carafe by moving it back and forth. Serve by holding the brewing compartment by its handle.
Points to Note;
Do not light the stove's wick/string without filling the stove's chamber with flammable liquid like cologne or kerosene. If you light the string without filling, it may run out quickly, preventing you from making your coffee.
You can clean the filter setup and glass parts with soapy hot water.
Scrubbing with granular powder detergents may scratch the glass.
