• With the cold smoking technique and your Fast Smoking Machine, you can instantly add great aroma and flavors to meat, minced meat, fish, cheese, yogurt, salad, soup, and even drinks you desire without altering their structure! You can quickly add a smoked aroma to products placed in any container that you can cover with a cloche provided by us or with a material similar to cling film, and you can make very pleasant and impressive presentations with the cloche and bottom plate. Open the switch of your machine and hear the motor running. After ensuring it blows air by bringing the end of the hose close to your ear, insert the head into the rubber hole on top of the container or cloche you will smoke. Ignite the chips with a lighter. (DO NOT USE A TORCH LIGHTER, IT WILL IGNITE THE CHIPS TOO QUICKLY AND DAMAGE THE CHIP CHAMBER.)
  
• If you want to smoke coffee, alcoholic beverages, and similar liquids, you can press smoke into the bottle containing the liquid and shake it, or you can perform the same process by placing the glass holding the liquid under the cloche. You can also use the cup/glass cover included in the box to trap the smoke.
