• Specially designed brass burners offer high power, high combustion efficiency, and low gas emission values.
• The pilot flame system in the oven burners allows for fast and easy operation of the appliances.
• The inside temperature of the gas oven can be controlled between 100-300 degrees with a thermostatic gas valve.
• The oven interior is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated slides inside the oven allow cooking at 3 different shelf levels.
• To enhance oven insulation, a stainless steel oven door manufactured with special molds and press forming method, featuring a 40 mm thick handle designed for tough conditions and ergonomic structure, is used.
• The stainless steel micro-perforated oven burner ensures maximum efficiency and rapidly increases the oven temperature.
• In ranges with 6 stoves, an oven with GN 2/1 size can be used, and optionally, a large oven with internal dimensions of 1060x550x275 can be made.
• Each stove burner is equipped with a cast iron stand to place pots or pans on the stove. The stove casting is suitable for dishwasher cleaning thanks to the semi-matte and durable ceramic enamel coating.
