Gas stoves and gas ovens are equipped with safety gas valves and thermocouples for flame control.
All ranges and countertop stoves are produced using a press method and special molds, with 2 mm thick monoblock top plates. The rounded corners on the top plate enhance durability and ease of cleaning.
Specially designed brass burners offer high power, high combustion efficiency, and low gas emission values.
The pilot flame system in the oven burners allows for fast and easy use of the devices.
With a thermostatic gas valve, the inner temperature of the gas oven can be controlled between 100-300 degrees.
The oven interior is made from AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated slides inside the oven allow for cooking at 3 different oven rack levels.
To increase oven insulation, a special design with 40 mm thick, heavy-duty ergonomic handles is used, made from stainless steel with a press method, for the oven door.
The stainless steel micro-perforated oven burner ensures maximum efficiency and rapidly increases the oven temperature.
In the 4-burner range, the oven interior is GN 2/1 size. Trays suitable for this size can be used.
In the oven section of the 4-burner ranges, a channel and slot system made by press with a matching door and door counter prevents heat from escaping. Thus, the need for additional silicone gaskets in ovens is eliminated.
Each stove burner has a cast-iron grate for placing pots or pans on the stove top. The stove cast is semi-matte and suitable for dishwasher cleaning thanks to durable ceramic enamel coating.
