Specially designed cast iron burners offer high power, high combustion efficiency, and low gas emission values.
The pilot flame system in the burners provides quick and easy use of the devices.
The internal temperature of the electric oven can be controlled between 50-300 degrees with a thermostat.
The oven interior is made from AISI 430 stainless steel. Removable chrome-plated slides inside the oven allow for cooking at 3 different oven rack levels.
To increase oven insulation, an oven door made from stainless steel with a 40 mm thick special mold, durable under heavy conditions, and ergonomic handle is used, produced by the press method.
The oven interior of the 4-burner range is of GN 2/1 size. Suitable trays can be used for this size.
In the oven section of the 4-burner ranges, heat is prevented from escaping outside by a channel and groove system created with press on the door and door counterpart. Thus, the need for additional silicone seals in ovens is eliminated.
Each stove burner has a cast iron grate for placing pots or pans on the stove top.
