USAGE

1- PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR USE

Fix the machine to the table with the help of the clamp and place the turning handle into its slot. Before the first use, the machine should be wiped with a dry cloth. To clean the dough rolling roller, pass a piece of dough through the dough rolling roller several times and discard this dough.

2 - PREPARING THE MIXTUREThe basic ingredients needed for one serving of noodles are approximately 125 grams of wheat flour and one egg. Note: For ideal taste, it is not recommended to use eggs just taken out of the refrigerator! For four people; approximately 500 grams of wheat flour and 4 eggs can be used. If desired, you can use water instead of eggs. (1 egg = approximately 80 ml water)

Add the eggs to the center of the flour and whisk with a fork until completely mixed with the flour. Knead by hand until the dough finds itself and becomes homogeneous. If the mixture is too dry, add some water; if it is too moist or soft, add some flour. A good mixture never sticks to your fingers. Remove the mixture from the bowl and place it on a lightly floured table. If necessary, use a knife to divide it into small pieces.

3 - MAKING DOUGH AND NOODLESYour machine has a dough thickness adjustment knob. Pull out and turn the adjustment knob of your machine to position “1”. In this way, the two flat rollers will be completely open. Pass a piece of the mixture through the machine by turning the handle. Repeat this process 5-6 times, you can fold the dough and pass it through or add some flour to the middle parts if necessary.

Once the dough takes a smooth shape, pass the dough once between the rollers at setting “2”, then in the same way at setting “3”. Continue until you reach the desired thickness. Use a knife to cut the dough into 25 cm long pieces. To use the cutter rollers, place the handle in its slot, turn it slowly, and pass the dough through to obtain the noodles in the shape you want.

Note 1If the rollers are not cutting, it is because the dough is too soft. In such a case, add a little more flour to the mixture and pass the dough through the flat rollers again.

Note 2: Likewise, if the dough is too dry, it can also cause the rollers not to cut. Sprinkle some water on the mixture and pass it through the flat rollers again.

MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE

  1. During use, frequently clean the scrapers under the flat rollers with a paper towel.
  2. Never wash the machine under water or in a dishwasher!
  3. Clean the surface of the machine with a dry and soft cloth; clean the rollers with a brush or a wooden stick.
  4. In case of squeaking and similar necessary situations, you can clean the rollers with petroleum jelly or vegetable oil.
  5. Do not insert objects like knives or cloth between the rollers!
  6. It is recommended to store the machine and its parts in its box after use.

WARNING

  1. Avoid touching the blades and rollers to prevent possible injuries and do not allow children to use the machine.
  2. For the machine to work properly; the dough thickness adjustment process should be from thick to thin.
  3. Be careful not to drop your machine and not to leave it under the sun.
  4. To prevent machine parts from rusting, avoid cleaning with water.
