Place a round and flat filter coffee paper in the middle chamber of the cold dripper to prevent coffee particles from mixing with water. To ensure the filter paper sticks well to the glass edges and to prevent the paper taste from transferring to the coffee, make sure to wet the paper before brewing.
Grind your coffee to a medium level.
Place the 65 g of ground coffee in the middle chamber and use a spoon to level the coffee. Then take three or four more of the filter coffee papers you just used and completely cover the coffee with these filter papers. This way, the dripping water does not directly contact the coffee and is evenly distributed to each particle.
Add cold water and ice to the top chamber to make a total of 1 L. You can use 500 ml of water and 500 g of ice, but this may cause the coffee to burn due to overly cold water. To avoid bitter tastes, we recommend adding 800 ml of cold water and 200 g of ice.
Set the equipment's water dripping time to one drop every 1-2 seconds.
The brewing will be completed in 8 - 12 hours.
Once all the water is consumed, take the bottom chamber and pour it into bottles. Your cold brew is ready; you can put it in the fridge and consume it whenever you like.
