Place a round and flat filter coffee paper in the middle chamber of the cold dripper to prevent coffee particles from mixing with water.
Make sure to wet the filter paper before brewing so that it sticks well to the glass edges and the paper taste does not pass into the coffee.
Grind your coffee to a medium level.
Place the ground coffee in the middle chamber and level it with the help of a spoon.
Then take three or four more of the filter coffee papers you just used and completely cover the top of the coffee with these filter papers.
This way, the dripping water does not directly touch the coffee and spreads evenly to each particle.
Add cold water and ice to the top chamber to make a total of 720 ml. You can use 360 ml water and 360 gr ice, but this may cause the coffee to burn due to excessively cold water.
To avoid bitter tastes, we recommend putting 150 gr ice in 570 ml cold water.
Adjust the equipment's water dripping time to one drop every 1-2 seconds.
Brewing will be completed between 8 - 12 hours.
When all the water is consumed, take the lower chamber and pour it into bottles. Your cold brew is ready, you can put it in the fridge and consume it whenever you want.
