Nowadays, most people prefer store-bought flour for practicality. However, freshly ground flour is a tastier and more nutritious alternative compared to industrial flours. Flour ground with KoMo stone mills retains its naturalness and nutritional value. In contrast, store-bought flours are processed to extend shelf life, leading to significant nutrient loss. The biggest advantage of freshly ground flour is that all nutrients remain intact. The grinding process enhances the flavor and aromatic properties of the flour. In industrial flours, these nutrients are mostly lost. You can think of this situation as the difference between freshly ground coffee and ready-made granulated coffee waiting on shelves. You can compare the quality of freshly ground flour to the difference between a sliced and oxidized quince and a fresh quince. As food products are broken down, they come into contact with oxygen and quickly lose nutritional value. That's why unground whole grains stay fresh longer. With KoMo flour mills, you can easily grind grains, legumes, spices, small seeds, and coffee beans. The grinding process ensures that important nutrients like magnesium, iron, B vitamins, and plant proteins remain in the flour. Fresh flour, which preserves its taste and nutritional value, makes a difference in your kitchens!

KoMo Recognized Worldwide
Behind its success lies years of design experience, excellent engineering, and high-quality materials. KoMo has become a globally recognized brand by offering superior performance and reliability in every product, from stone mills to kitchen appliances.

Quiet and Powerful Motor Technology
KoMo stone mills, equipped with patented grinding technology motors, offer quiet and powerful performance. The motor, built from durable materials against wear, ensures continuous and efficient operation thanks to precisely placed parts.

Grinding Stones that Don't Need Sharpening
The grinding stones of KoMo stone mills are made from Corundum Ceramic material. These stones are extremely durable materials that do not require sharpening. Discovered in 1985, these stones are standard in all KoMo mills. Made from Ceramic and Aluminum Oxide, the stones require no maintenance, have a self-sharpening feature, and machines that haven't had their stones replaced for 30 years are still in use. Don't worry if you use an incorrect product (like oily seeds); you can restore the stones to their original state by grinding coarse rice.

Long-Lasting Design
All KoMo products are designed and manufactured to work problem-free for many years. The raw materials used are sourced from the strongest and most sustainable materials available. 100% of production takes place in Austria, ensuring continuity of quality assurance.

User-Friendly and Practical Use
KoMo stone mills offer extremely easy use. You can operate it with just one button and adjust the grinding thickness by turning the hopper right or left. For cleaning, turn the hopper chamber 2 turns to the coarse setting and open the mill to easily access the grinding stones. To find the finest setting, turn the hopper in the fein direction until you hear the stones rubbing, then turn in the grob direction. There you have found the finest setting!

Aesthetic and Durable Design
KoMo pays great attention not only to the interior mechanism but also to the exterior design. The use of local solid wood allows it to be sanded and oiled to a new appearance when worn over time. It is long-lasting both in terms of aesthetics and durability.

The Superiority of Komo in Stone Mills:
Known for its quality craftsmanship, KoMo has been exporting to 65 countries since 1985. By adding love and care to each product in the production process, it combines quality with social responsibility. KoMo offers superior performance and reliability in every product, from stone mills to kitchen appliances.
