Standard grills have a 15 mm thick satin-finished steel cooking surface. Optionally, a hard chrome plating can be applied to the cooking surface.

With the wide grease drainage hole, waste oil generated during cooking easily flows into the 1.5-liter oil reservoir. The oil reservoir can be easily removed from the front of the device.
The stainless steel protective sheet prevents oil splashes to the back and sides, providing increased safety and ease of use.
The stainless steel protective sheet is easily removable and dishwasher safe.
Specially designed stainless steel heaters are located under the cooking surface. Thanks to the specially designed heaters, a cooking surface with homogeneous temperature is provided.
Heaters quickly bring the surface temperature to the desired level.
The temperature of the cooking surface can be adjusted between 50-300 °C with thermostat control.
In dual models, the cooking surface temperature is controlled by 2 separate thermostats, providing a cooking surface temperature at two different settings.
Flat, grooved, or combined flat and grooved cooking surfaces provide many different cooking options.
Polished cooking surfaces with hard chrome plating, which emit lower heat to the environment and have high scratch resistance, can be optionally chosen for all grill models.
