• The stainless steel protective sheet is easily removable and suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
• There are stainless steel burners beneath the cooking surface.
• The cooking surface temperature, controlled by a thermostatic gas valve, can be adjusted between 100-300 degrees. This ensures optimal gas consumption and desired temperature distribution on the surface.
