• The protective sheet made of stainless steel minimizes oil splashing to the back and sides. Thus, safety is enhanced and ease of use is provided.
• The stainless steel protective sheet is easy to remove and suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
• Underneath the cooking surface, there are burners made of stainless steel. The cooking surface temperature controlled by a thermostatic gas valve can be adjusted between 100-300 degrees, ensuring optimal gas consumption and the desired temperature distribution on the surface.
• For increased safety, there is a piezo ignition system.
• Safety gas taps with safety equipment and thermocouples are used for flame monitoring to enhance safety.
