• There are stainless steel burners underneath the cooking surface. The cooking surface temperature, controlled by a thermostatic gas valve, can be adjusted between 100-300 degrees. This ensures optimal gas consumption and desired temperature distribution on the surface.
• A piezo ignition system is available to enhance safety.
• Safety is enhanced with safety device gas taps and a thermocouple for flame supervision.
• The pilot flame system on the burners provides quick and easy device use.
