- All grills are designed to create maximum product cooking capacity, along with excellent cooking performance, by creating a homogeneous cooking surface temperature.
- Standard on grills is a 15 mm thick satin-finished steel cooking surface.
- Hard chrome-coated surfaces provide maximum hygiene alongside ease of cleaning.
- Thanks to the wide oil discharge hole, waste oil formed during cooking easily flows into the 1.5-liter capacity oil reservoir. The oil reservoir can be easily accessed from the front of the device.
- The stainless steel protective sheet minimizes oil splashing to the back and sides. Thus, safety is increased and ease of use is provided.
- The stainless steel protective sheet is easily removable and dishwasher safe.
- Burners made of stainless steel are located under the cooking surface. The cooking surface temperature controlled by a thermostatic gas valve can be adjusted between 100-300 degrees. This ensures optimal gas consumption and desired temperature distribution on the surface.
- For increased safety, a piezzo igniter ignition system is available.
- Safety devices with safety gas taps and thermocouples are used for flame monitoring.
- Thanks to the pilot flame system in the burners, a quick and easy operation is provided.
- Flat, grooved, or flat and grooved combined cooking surfaces provide many different cooking options.
- Hardened chrome-coated polished cooking surfaces, which emit lower heat to their environment and are highly resistant to scratching, can be optionally preferred in all grill models.
