• Made from stainless steel sheet.
• The inner kettle is made from 304 quality 2.5 mm press-formed material.
• The outer shell is 304 quality 2.5 mm stainless steel.
• The lid is double-walled; the outer surface is made from 304 quality 1.50 mm, and the inner surface is press-formed from 1.20 mm sheet.
• Welded with argon welding and weld marks are polished.
• There is a spring mechanism on the lid.
• Equipped with a gasket on the lid; there are 2 locking mechanisms to lock it during cooking.
• There is a steam release valve (lid safety valve) on the lid.
• The kettle features a shell steam pressure valve and a manometer showing steam pressure.
• The kettle is insulated with glass wool insulation material to prevent heat loss.
• Covered with 0.80 mm stainless steel sheet.
• At the base of the kettle, there is a profile chassis; this chassis has height-adjustable diameter 60 mm stainless steel legs.
• The steam inlet of the kettle is 1.5”, and the steam outlet is ¾” in size.
• 2” capacity food discharge valve is designed with a safety lever against unintentional openings.
• On the top table of the kettle, there is a hot-cold dual water connection swan-neck sink faucet.
• Steam kettle shell pressure is 0.4 bar / 40 pascals (maximum 0.5 bar).
• Maximum steam consumption: 90 kg/h.
• The kettle body is in a cylindrical shape and has a capacity of 400 lt.
