Add cold water and ice to the top chamber to make a total of 1 lt. You can use 500 ml of water and 500 gr of ice, but this may cause the coffee to burn due to the extreme cold water. We recommend adding 200 gr of ice to 800 ml of cold water to avoid bitter tastes.
Adjust the equipment's water dripping time to one drop every 1-2 seconds.
Brewing will be completed within 8 - 12 hours.
Once all the water is consumed, take the bottom chamber and pour it into bottles. Your cold brew is ready; you can put it in the fridge and consume it whenever you wish.
