The oven temperature is controlled by a single thermostat gas valve in the range of 100-300°C.
The device has a pilot and thermocouple control system. Thanks to the thermocouple, the gas to the device is automatically cut off when the flame goes out.
LPG and NG options are available.
At the base of the device, there is a 10 mm thick steel plate to distribute heat evenly.
