1- Roll out your fondant on a firm and flat surface until it reaches a thickness of 2-3mm.
2- Hold the cutter by the outer disc part. Face the front towards the fondant, apply pressure until it cuts the dough and contacts the surface below. Slightly move the cutter back and forth. This way, you will achieve a clearer cut.
3- Press on the top part of the cutter to cut the dough with the embossed piece.
4- Lift the cutter about 5 cm and press on the top part to remove the cut mold.
