- You can quickly and safely make fresh pasta and noodles using natural ingredients of your choice at home or in your cafe.
- Do not pass knives or kitchen cloths through the cylinders.
- If necessary, apply a few drops of Vaseline oil to the ends of the cutting cylinders.
- During use, occasionally clean the scrapers under the flat cylinders with a piece of kitchen paper.
