Designed with a concave principle. Instead of slowing down the brewing, the lower area of the dripper actually increases, making the water flow smoother and extraction more homogeneous.
There are 3 levels in the design
Layer A-Sealing: The filter paper, which fully adheres to the flat top part of the dripper, prevents water from passing through gaps
Layer B-Brewing: The place where the brewing process should take place
Layer C-Coffee bed: Ground coffee will fill the lower area with fewer obstacles and more channels to encourage water flow, thus reducing the likelihood of over-extraction.
