This dual-probe wood moisture meter is designed to help you perform your tasks more easily and efficiently.
During moisture measurement, the moisture percentage is accurately displayed on the screen according to the device type selected from the menu.
Wall moisture measurement, wooden surface measurement, floor humidity measurement, cement moisture measurement, air temperature and humidity measurement can be easily performed with the Testo 606-2 model.
In addition to the wood types (beech, spruce, black pine, birch, cherry, walnut, oak, pine, maple, ash, Douglas fir, meranti) and building materials (cement screed, concrete, anhydrite screed, cement mortar, lime mortar, plaster, brick) measured with the Testo 606-1 device, the 606-2 device can also measure air temperature and humidity.
Another difference of the Testo 606-2 compared to the 606-1 is its ability to calculate dew point and measure wet bulb temperature.
The benefit of being able to measure ambient temperature and humidity with the 606-2 device is that it can measure not only the moisture content of the wood but also the relative humidity in the storage area. With this information, you can easily determine if the storage temperatures are ideal or need adjustment.
The Testo 606-2 wood moisture meter measures the moisture content in wood and building materials with two firmly attached probe electrodes.
This wood and concrete moisture meter features a HOLD function to help you easily read the measurement values during your measurements.
The Testo 606-2 includes a backlit screen so you can use the device in low or no light environments.
