It is long-lasting, easy to clean, and hygienic with its stainless sheet construction.
The resistances in the device operate in the range of 60-300°C. They can be controlled separately as desired.
The device has a pilot and thermocouple control system. Thanks to the thermocouple, the gas to the device is automatically cut off when the flame goes out.
LPG and NG options are available.
There is a 10 mm thick steel plate at the base of the device to distribute heat homogeneously.
Different products from the same series can be positioned on the product.
There are 2 wire grills measuring 530x650 mm inside the oven.
The ventilation chimney of the device is movable and can be positioned according to the product on it.
