With stainless sheet construction, it is durable, easy to clean, and hygienic.
The resistors in the device operate in the range of 60-300°C. They can be controlled separately as per the requirement.
The device has a pilot and thermocouple control system. Thanks to the thermocouple, the gas supply to the device is automatically cut off when the flame goes out.
Available in LPG and NG options.
A 10 mm thick steel plate is placed at the base of the device to distribute heat evenly.
Different products from the same series can be positioned on the product.
The oven contains 2 wire grids of 530x650 mm.
The vent chimney of the device is movable and can be positioned according to the product on it.
