Network, carboy, safety, overflow
Network: takes water from the network in a controlled way, taking small amounts of water from the reservoir to ensure the machine always operates at peak performance.
Carboy: using water from the carboy is now safe. When the water runs out, the smart system detects this and cuts off electricity and gas.
Safety: when the network water is cut off, sws detects this and automatically cuts off electricity and gas, putting the machine in safety mode.
Overflow: thanks to our patented smart water system, there is no water overflow in the machine.
Energy and water should be managed with smart technology. Our machines are equipped with dts to provide economical and quality service. For a pleasant tea experience, the water temperature and the boiling degree and duration of the tea should be managed.
The digital heat sensor operates the machine smartly. The water temperature reaches the set value and there is no temperature deviation. Dts prevents excessive boiling of water, providing energy savings.
To enjoy a tasty and pleasant tea, excessive boiling should be prevented and oxygen in the water should not be lost. We achieve this with dts.
With our new design, the water tank is produced as a single piece and without seams. It is more durable, trouble-free, and easy to maintain.

In our newly designed machines; there is a water drainage system at the bottom of the tank to clean limescale and similar residues that occur as the water boils. Therefore, the maintenance and cleaning of the tank are easy and can be done frequently. The user can perform the cleaning process themselves. There is no need to disassemble the machine, lift it from its place, or stop the job. Thus, it is both environmentally friendly, providing energy savings, and delivers good and quality water.
