The mandoline slicer used in industrial kitchens cuts fruits and vegetables into even sizes with its serrated sharp blades. It facilitates kitchen tasks with adjustable slicing capability ranging from 1.5mm to 6.5mm.
Thanks to its blade made of food-contact compatible stainless steel material, the mandoline slicer ensures long-term use. The adjustable size mechanism allows for desired thickness settings between 1.5mm and 6.5mm.
Specially designed non-slip suction cup feet prevent the product from shaking and securely hold the machine in place.
The table rest bracket ensures balance and safety for the mandoline slicing machine.
