GourmeXpress, a high-speed oven, offers a solution for cooking (and reheating) a wide variety of products such as full meals (frozen products, bakery products, proteins), pastries, hot snacks, starters, and many more with fast and standard results.
The High-Speed Cooking system offers 3 different technologies together:

-Microwave system
-High-speed hot air delivery (simultaneous hot air jets from above and below).
