How to use:
Dip a walnut-sized amount of sugar paste in hot water, remove and knead well.
Take a little softened butter with the tip of your finger, spread it on the kneaded sugar paste and work it until the butter is well incorporated into the paste. (We do the greasing process to prevent the sugar paste from sticking to the gun.)
After selecting the desired disk from 19 different disks on the gun's tip, place the sugar paste inside.
When you press the button on the top of the gun, the sugar paste starts to come out processed from the tip of the disk.
If the gun feels too hard in our hand and cannot be squeezed, it means the sugar paste is not soft enough. Repeat the same process until the desired consistency is achieved.
After removing the sugar paste on a non-stick surface, we cut it to the desired length.
