• Grind your coffee to a medium size for a deeper flavor.
• Place your paper filter on top of the brewing container, wet the entire filter with hot water, and wait.
• Pour out the drained water.
• You can make your coffee by adding 10 grams of coffee to 180 ml of water. You can change the ratios as you wish to make a lighter or stronger coffee.
• Lightly wet your coffee with 90-95 degree water using a barista kettle and wait a bit.
• Pour the water slowly from the outside in by drawing circles with a barista kettle.
