1- Roll your fondant on a hard and flat surface until it reaches a thickness of 2-3mm.
2- Hold the cutter from the outer disk part. Press the front side onto the fondant and apply pressure until it cuts the dough and contacts the surface below. Gently move the cutter side to side. This will help achieve a cleaner cut.
3- Press the top part of the cutter to cut the dough with the embossed piece.
4- Lift the cutter about 5 cm and press the top part to release the cut mold.
