• A dedicated fresh water jet is injected into each closed cell. Excess water exits the closed cell through a series of outlets. As the cell walls drop to -30°C during the cubing process, they prevent the expanding of freezing water from all sides. Thanks to automatic rinse cycles, impurities like minerals are eliminated from the water, ensuring your machine provides the purest ice possible while operating. It is protected from scaling and mineral deposits.
