Which Materials Can Be Ground with DUETT 100?
Wheat, oats, spelt-dinkel, buckwheat, rice, barley, millet, corn, coffee, cumin, pepper, coriander, anise, or fennel and many other spices. The mentioned ingredients are just a small selection given as examples and, of course, the foods you can grind are not limited to these. The Flake Hopper also perfectly crushes oily seeds and spices in addition to grains like wheat and rye.
How to clean Duett 100 Rotate the mill hopper to change the 'Fine' (fein) setting to 'Coarse' (grob). Fill with about 2 handfuls of rice and grind. If you won't be using the device for a long time, you can clean the funnel and flour outlet with a vacuum cleaner to remove all residues. Clean the flake mechanism with a cloth and brush, and ensure it is dry before reassembling the device.
