Special note regarding the use of protective gloves
The use of this protective glove is limited to manual knife use in the food, plastic, leather, paper, and textile industries.
Safety instructions:
Usage instructions should be read and considered before using the glove.
If you have any questions, consult your employer or manufacturer.
Before each workday, the condition of the glove should be checked. If deformed, defective, or in cases of defects in the rings or sealing strap, the glove should be presented to the seller and replaced.
The glove should not be altered or reshaped by the user and should be used in the given design.
The glove is electro-conductive and should not be worn near open or unprotected lines.
The glove should not be used on motor vehicles or machines with moving parts.
The glove should be on the hand holding the product, not the hand holding the knife.
The user is responsible for checking the suitability of the goods for the intended task. Depending on the relevant task, a long-sleeved glove can be optionally provided to protect against cuts or knife injuries on the upper or lower arm.
Selection of Gloves:
Not suitable for carrying hazardous substances.
Before using the glove, the relevant hand size should be determined. The glove should fit well on the fingers and palm. The suitability of the textile or plastic connection under the glove should be checked and it should be ensured that fingers can move easily.
The sizes of the gloves are indicated by color (see the color of the sealing strap) and also by letters on the glove label;
S = SMALL = WHITE
M = MEDIUM = RED
L = LARGE = BLUE
XL = XLARGE = ORANGE
Gloves can be provided with or without long sleeves. The correct glove should be selected depending on the relevant work intensity and safety level.
The glove is securely closed by correctly closing the sealing strap and snap fastener.
If the overlapping ends of the sealing straps are longer than 25mm, they should be shortened.
Maintenance/Cleaning:
To ensure ideal protection effect, the glove should be kept in excellent condition. The glove is exposed to natural wear and tear during normal use.
If there are obvious signs of deformation, defective or missing rings, sealing straps, and/or visible wear marks on the snap fasteners, the glove should not be used and should be replaced.
Before or after cleaning, the glove should not be struck or hit on a hard surface.
Gloves should be cleaned and disinfected at least once a day using hot water or with a cleaning agent approved for the food industry. We also recommend brushing the gloves to remove residues (e.g. meat residue). Gloves can also be cleaned in suitable cleaning machines. Gloves are hung in suitable cleaning boxes to ensure the best possible cleaning effect.
In terms of cleaning, the user must comply with the employer's valid cleaning plans to ensure professional hygiene.
