Heat plates made from cast material are combined with the press top panel in a leak-proof manner.
Each hot plate has an overheat thermostat. This thermal cuts off the electricity when the hot plate overheats
to prevent damage to the hot plate and automatically re-engages the system when the excessive heat is eliminated.
Each hot plate has a 7-position switch that allows control between 90-450 degrees. Thanks to this temperature control, the user can perform cooking or holding applications.
