Heat plates made of cast material are combined with the press top plate in a leak-proof manner.
Each hot plate has an overheat thermal. This thermal cuts off the electricity when the hot plate overheats, preventing damage to the hot plate and automatically re-engages the system when the excessive heat is eliminated.
Each hot plate has a 7-position switch allowing control between 90-450 degrees. This temperature control allows the user to perform applications such as cooking or holding.
