Panel type cold room production is conducted as standard and special design cold and frozen storage rooms.
Cold rooms are produced with hermetic compressors and air-cooled condensers in the range of 1 kW-10 kW cooling capacity as standard.
CE and ISO certified world brands are preferred in all cold room equipment and components.
Solutions for special requests can be provided.
Condensers in standard versions are designed with R404a gas for +38/ +43°C ambient temperature, but special designs suitable for +50/ +55°C ambient temperature with R134a gas can be manufactured according to need.
Energy savings can be achieved by adding optional fan speed control.
All condensers are produced with copper pipes and aluminum fins.
Cold room doors are produced with polyurethane foam filled at 40/42 kg/m3 density in 80/100/120/150 mm thickness according to need.
Door resistance is used in negative rooms.
Doors can be opened from the inside even when locked. Optional viewing window can be installed, and stainless, PVC coated doors can be made.
Refrigerant Gas: R404A (special production is done with R134A suitable for ambient temperature +50/+55 degrees)
