The specified capacities are estimated because the capacity value varies based on the size of the potatoes, the geometric shapes of the potatoes, the positions in which the potatoes align within the bunker, the type of blade, and the density of the potatoes.
If a poor combination of the above factors occurs, clogging may occur within the bunker, in which case the machine should be stopped. Potatoes should be removed, and the bunker should be opened to resolve the clogging issue. Afterward, the machine can be restarted
The machine should be fed with potatoes while operating.
