• With the cold smoking technique and your Fast Smoking Machine, you can add amazing aroma and flavors to meat, minced meat, fish, cheese, yogurt, salad, soup, and even beverages of your choice instantly without altering their structure! You can quickly add a smoky aroma to products you place in any container that you can cover with a dome or a material similar to cling film, which you can obtain from us, and create very pleasant and impressive presentations with the dome and base plate.
• Turn on your machine's switch and hear the motor running. After ensuring that it blows air by bringing the end of the hose close to your ear, attach the head to the rubber hole on the container or dome you will smoke. Light the wood chips with a lighter. (DO NOT USE A TORCH LIGHTER, IT WILL IGNITE THE WOOD CHIPS TOO QUICKLY AND DAMAGE THE CHIP CHAMBER.)

• If you want to smoke coffee, alcoholic beverages, and similar liquids, you can either inject smoke into the bottle containing the liquid and shake it, or place the glass containing the liquid under the dome to perform the same process. You can also use the cup/glass lid included in the box to trap the smoke.
