The Testo 557s smart manifold set includes Bluetooth connectivity, a 4-way valve block, the Testo 552i wireless vacuum probe, two Testo 115i wireless clamp thermometers, and a durable carrying case.
The large graphical display allows you to easily view all results at a glance.
It is a user-friendly device offering maximum flexibility. Bluetooth probes for temperature, pressure, and humidity connect automatically to the manifold.
Use the Testo Smart App to create documentation on-site, set favorites, and ensure you always have the latest refrigerant types thanks to automatic updates.
With an IP54 protection rating and a robust housing, the Testo 557s manifold is compact, easy to use, and extremely reliable.
With integrated measurement modes, the Testo 557s can perform AC + refrigeration, evacuation, leak tests, target superheating, compressor testing (DLT), and Delta T measurements—all in a single device.
A major advantage is that other smart probes can connect to it, allowing you to control all modules through a single device and app. It also supports temperature-compensated leak testing.
The Testo 557s manifold features both numeric and graphical bar indicators.
The set includes two Testo 115i clamp-type temperature probes, which are used to measure differential temperature, discharge line temperature, and suction line temperature.
Also included is the 552i wireless vacuum gauge, which allows for wireless and hose-free vacuum measurements in refrigeration, air conditioning systems, and heat pumps using only a single service port without refrigerant loss.
The device comes preloaded with data on 90 refrigerants for efficient measurements by simply selecting the desired refrigerant.

Optional Testo 605i, 905i, and other Mini-DIN temperature probes can also be connected.
The blue valve actuator on the device represents low pressure, while the red one represents high pressure.
The pressure and temperature values on the Testo 557s digital manifold can be uploaded and adjusted.
Connect the digital manifold to your phone or tablet via Bluetooth to monitor and record live measurements.
You can export and send your saved measurement data in PDF or CSV format directly via email.
To use the digital manifold on tablets or phones, your system must support iOS 11.0 or later, Android 6.0 or later, and Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.
By calculating superheating and subcooling simultaneously, the Testo 557s eliminates errors caused by manual calculations.
Equipped with Auto Tfac (Automatic Temperature Compensation Factor), which reduces measurement errors in the main application areas.
If pressure values remain on the graphical or numeric display after completing pressure measurement, you can open and close the valve actuators or press and hold the up arrow button to reset the pressure.
The illuminated LCD screen allows for convenient use in dark environments.
You can adjust the screen's backlight duration to 10, 30, 60 seconds, or keep it always on from the settings menu.
Other settings such as measurement units, screen brightness, and auto shut-off can also be adjusted through the settings menu.

Remote monitoring: View measurements from your smartphone or tablet, eliminating the need to stand right next to the manifold. Coverage extends up to 20 meters in open areas.
View measurement data on your smartphone/tablet in graphical or numeric form.
Useful documentation features: Use the app to save measurement results, send reports in PDF or CSV format via email. You can also add photos of the measurement location to your report.
Refrigerant updates can be done easily via the mobile app.
The app is available for both Android and iOS. Once installed, the connection between the manifold and smartphone/tablet is established via Bluetooth.
Connecting Smart Probes and Monitoring via the App:
Turn on the Testo 557s manifold and complete the simple setup process.
From the menu, set Bluetooth and Advanced Bluetooth settings to "ON", then confirm.
Turn on the two Testo 115i temperature probes and the 552i vacuum probe included in the box by holding down their buttons.
The front LED lights will start flashing yellow, indicating the device is searching for a connection.
When the LED lights turn green, the probes will be connected to the Testo 557s device.
You can see the number of connected devices next to the Bluetooth icon on the upper right corner of the device screen.
Download and install the Testo Smart App from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
When you open the app, the Testo 557s and all connected probes will automatically appear on the interface.
The app interface will automatically adapt to the selected measurement mode on the Testo 557s manifold.
The mobile device provides all functionalities needed for data logging and reporting.
