Notify me when its in stockThe Bluetooth-enabled gas filling scale provides the opportunity to view and record measurement results on a smartphone or tablet screen. Since there is no screen on the device, all data tracking is done through the mobile app.
Measurement data can be saved in PDF, CSV, or JSON formats via the mobile app and shared via email. Additionally, a photo of the measured area can be taken and added to the generated reports as a visual.
The device is compatible with mobile devices running iOS 11.0 and above or Android 6.0 and above operating systems, supporting Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.
With a maximum capacity of 100 kg and 10-gram accuracy, the scale is compatible with all common refrigerant gas cylinders. When used with a Testo manifold, it offers a Bluetooth range of up to 150 meters, and up to 30 meters when used alone.
Equipped with a three-dimensional corner design and a non-slip rubber surface to facilitate the correct placement of gas cylinders. Additionally, it is resistant to dust and water splashes with IP44 protection class.
The device operates with 4 replaceable AA batteries and provides a battery life of up to 70 hours thanks to its auto-off feature.
1. Gas Charge and Weight Indicator According to Weight
Testo 560i not only shows the weight of the gas but also performs automatic gas filling according to a pre-defined weight value.
Unlike many standard gas scales on the market, this feature includes automatic gas transfer via the charge valve and stopping the charge at the desired value functions.
2. Automatic Gas Charge According to Subcooling Value
An exclusive feature available only in Testo 560i.
The targeted Subcooling value is entered into the system; the digital manifold (with temperature probes), gas filling scale, and smart valve work integrated, and the required amount of gas filling is automatically calculated, and the process is terminated on its own.
This minimizes the margin of error.
3. Automatic Gas Charge According to Superheating Value
Available only in Testo 560i.
The target Superheating value is defined in the system. The digital manifold, temperature probes, smart valve, and Testo 560i gas filling scale work in integration to start the automatic charging process, calculate the gas amount itself, and complete the process automatically.
4. Automatic Gas Charge According to Instant (Live) Superheating Value
Another advanced feature unique to the Testo 560i system.
If the target Super Heating value is unknown, the system automatically determines this value with its own measurements.
For this:
Outdoor dry thermometer
Indoor wet thermometer
measurements are taken. For these measurements, 2 Testo 605i Smart Probes must be connected to the Testo Digital Manifold.
Then, by including the Testo 560i gas filling scale and smart valve in the system, the entire filling process is carried out automatically. This mode eliminates the need for the technician to manually monitor the process, providing operational convenience and time savings.
