This thermometer has an audible and visual alarm feature adjustable for high and low values.
With the MODE button, you can view the highest and lowest heat and humidity values at any time. (Since the last reset button)
Temperature and Humidity Alarm: An alarm can be set for the highest and lowest values.
Dew point: In this feature; the device shows a temperature value, and when the air temperature reaches that value, dew occurs on objects in the environment.
Wet Bulb: When the temperature reaches the displayed value, evaporation begins in the environment.
HOW TO SET AN ALARM ON THE 30.5010 DEVICE?
Press and hold the SET button for a few seconds.
A) If you want to set an alarm for a low value (down arrow symbol on the screen); set the device to "ON" with the direction buttons. If you don't want to, set it to "OFF", then confirm the process with the SET button.
B) If you want to set an alarm for a high value (up arrow symbol on the screen); set the device to "ON" with the direction buttons. If you don't want to, set it to "OFF", then confirm the process with the SET button.
In the next section, while only the ALARM text is on the left side, select the parameter for which you want to set an alarm; (These parameters are the temperature symbol ºC and ºF, humidity symbol %, dry temperature Td, and wet temperature Tw.) Select that parameter with the direction buttons and confirm your selection with the SET button. The device will direct you to the main screen.
While on the main screen, press the MODE button several times to go to the ALARM section.
A) Press the SET button. If the arrow symbol on the screen is pointing downwards, it means you are assigning a value for the low value. If the arrow symbol is pointing upwards, it means you are assigning a value for the high value.
When the value on the screen starts blinking, assign a value using the direction buttons. If you hold down the direction buttons, you can assign values faster. After assigning the value, confirm the process with the SET button.
If you have set the device to "ON" for only the high value or only the low value while at this step, the device will direct you to the main screen when you press the MODE button again.
If you have set the device to "ON" for both the high and low values while at this step, you will proceed to assign a value for the high value when you press the MODE button again. When the value on the screen starts blinking, assign a value using the direction buttons. If you hold down the direction buttons, you can assign values faster. After assigning the value, confirm the process with the SET button. When you press the MODE button, the device will direct you to the main screen.
When the alarm is set, the alarm symbol appears at the top right of the LCD screen. When the values you have set match the device's measurements, the alarm starts to sound, and a red light blinks at the top of the device. You can press the SET button to silence the alarm.
You need to repeat the above steps for each parameter you want to set an alarm for. These parameters are temperature ºC and ºF, humidity %, dry temperature Td, and wet temperature Tw.
The meanings of the values displayed on the device's 5 cm high and 7.5 cm wide LCD screen are shown in the above image.
