Designed with a convex principle. Instead of slowing down, the bottom area of the dripper actually increases the brewing process, making the water flow smoother and extraction more homogeneous.
There are 3 levels in the design
Layer A-Sealing: With a filter paper that fits completely against the flat top part of the dripper, it does not allow water to pass through the gaps
Layer B-Brewing: The place where the brewing process should occur
Layer C-Coffee bed: Ground coffee will fill the bottom area with less obstruction and more channels to promote water flow, thus reducing the possibility of over-extraction.
