Designed with a concave principle. The bottom area of the dripper increases rather than slows down brewing, making water flow smoother and extraction more homogeneous.
There are 3 levels in the design
Layer A-Sealing: With a filter paper that fully adheres to the flat upper part of the dripper, it does not allow water to pass through gaps
Layer B-Brewing: The place where the brewing process should occur
Layer C-Coffee bed: The ground coffee will fill the bottom area with fewer obstructions and more channels to promote water flow, thus reducing the likelihood of over-extraction.
